At Yelson, LLC, we’re a family-owned restoration and remodeling company based in Snohomish, WA, proudly serving all of Northern Seattle and surrounding areas. Our roots in construction run deep—owner Ihor Yelenetz and his family have spent their entire lives working in the industry. What started as a flooring company in 2019 quickly evolved into a trusted restoration team known for taking on projects others turned down.
We launched during a time of uncertainty, but our willingness to show up and do the work set us apart. As other companies pulled back during the pandemic, we stepped forward, earning trust by handling tough jobs with precision and care. By the end of 2021, we had expanded from basic installations into full restoration work, offering water damage repair, fire and storm restoration, kitchen remodeling, and bathroom upgrades for residential and commercial properties.
Ihor leads the company hands-on, supported at times by his retired father. Every job we take on reflects our family’s commitment to strong craftsmanship, transparency, and doing the job right the first time.
